Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe

Magic’s Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter ( I use unsalted butter)

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3 3/4 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Cinnamon & sugar for rolling

Baking instructions:

In your mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs first.  In a separate bowl mix  together flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, and salt (I use a fork to mix).  Then add your flour mixture to your mixing bowl… slowly. Once its mixed then add your milk.  Now you are ready to roll–literally!  I used a fruit size scoop and I scoop the dough and roll into balls.  Then I roll the ball in a cinnamon and sugar mix.

Put on baking sheet (I personally only use baking stones). Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
